General Ownership
• Coroanos is a closed species created and owned by [Gunz_Adoptable], [Gunz-Illustration].
• Purchasing a Coroanos adoptable grants ownership of that specific character design only.
*️⃣ Ownership of the species, species lore, traits, and core design structure remains exclusively with the creator ✳️
Design and Species Integrity Rules (Apply both SP1 and SP2)
The following species traits must NEVER be altered: ❌
• Core Coroanos species traits • Species anatomy • Species trait structures
Allowed Design Changes ✅
• Colors • Outfit • Hairstyle • Accessories • Personality • Name • Minor non-species details
Not Allowed: ❌
• Change species into another race • Hair colors • Create alternate species versions of the character • Create similar design species
SP1 Option (Collectable Tier) 🎁
• Personal use only • Posting • Personal art cms • Character roleplay • Trading ownership • Reselling at the original price or lower
SP1 adoptables are strictly collectable and non-commercial. •

SP2 Option (Commercial & Resale Tier) 💎✴️ Must read!! ✴️
Media Rights
• Commercial projects • Monetized media • VTuber models and streaming • Games • Videos, animation, and storytelling Species traits must remain intact and recognizable as Coroanos.
Merchandise Rights
• Merchandise selling price must be 2× the original SP2 purchase price
✴️ Resale Rules ✴️
• Within 1 year of purchase can only be resold at original purchase price
• After 1 year of purchase can be resold at higher price by the owner
Blacklist and Violation Policy
• Blacklisting from future purchases • Character ownership revoked (in severe cases) • Character being declared void in official species registry
No refunds will be provided for violations.
Agreement
By purchasing or owning a Coroanos adoptable, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
NFT and AI Clause
Characters may NOT be used for:
• NFT • Blockchain projects • AI training datasets • AI generation training
